Welcome to my corner of the internet.

As a personal trainer with over a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of assisting more than 100 individuals in realising their personal fitness aspirations.

Recently, I took a leap forward in my journey and proudly became the owner of GetFit in Bath, which has now been in operation for over a year.

Every day, I am fuelled by my passion for what I do. More than just training, I thrive on being a part of my clients' transformative experiences, ensuring that their path to fitness is not only effective but also filled with fun and memorable moments.

GETTING FIT AND HEALTHY CAN BE PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY CHALLENGING BUT I PRIDE MYSELF ON HELPING CLIENTS ACHIEVE GOALS IN A FUN, SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

From my earliest memories as a child, sport and fitness have played an integral role in my life.

As a retired GB tennis player, I was fortunate to be mentored by exceptional coaches and fitness trainers, laying a solid foundation for my profound passion for fitness. This privileged environment served as a unique platform, amplifying my expertise in the industry.

After dedicating years to playing tennis full-time, I pursued a deeper understanding of sports performance at Bath University.

This academic endeavour led me to acquire my Level 3 diploma in Personal Training Sporting Excellence. Alongside this, my qualifications also include an FdSc in Sports Performance from Bath University, a Level 3 LTA tennis coach certification, as well as specialised qualifications in indoor cycling and boxing.

With this comprehensive blend of hands-on experience and formal training, it is safe to say that I am wholeheartedly committed to guiding others in their fitness journeys.
