Help motivate each other along with these - a YGIG workout, or "You Go, I Go", is a type of exercise regimen commonly used in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), partner workouts, or team training sessions.
The concept is straightforward and involves two participants alternating their efforts. While one person performs an exercise, the other rests and then they switch roles.

— Gym equipment is required; therefore, general gym access or membership is necessary to maximise these workouts.
— My workout bundles are flexible and ideal to incorporate between other forms of fitness training.
